"As first-time homebuyers moving to a brand-new city while trying to manage our dissertations, the homebuying process felt daunting for us. However, as soon as we connected with Shelly, our fears completely disappeared! First, Shelly is extremely responsive! When I submitted the online form to connect, Shelly gave me a call within 5 minutes to discuss our search. We continued to keep in contact until we arrived in Omaha for our Spring Break. Second, Shelly's service is unbelievable! Shelly took off the entire Spring Break week to show us houses and help us explore the city. We appreciated not only Shelly's knowledge of the Omaha area, her amazing restaurant recommendations, and her many connections to home inspectors/HVAC professionals/handymen/sprinkler professionals/etc., but also her ability to focus in on the qualities of a home we wanted. Based on our reactions to homes the first day, Shelly refined the potential homes the second day. Based on our reactions to homes the second day, Shelly refined the potential homes even more the third day (and so on) until we found the one! Once we submitted an offer and got under contract, Shelly did all the heavy lifting on the back-end and would reach out immediately whenever we needed to do something on our end. And when we ran into a few inspection issues, Shelly advocated and negotiated hard for us and brought us peace of mind with a brand-new roof! All in all, we're incredibly grateful for Shelly's help in the buying process, and we're excited to enjoy our new home!"

"We have had very excellent service and results from Ragan, both in buying our new home and selling our old home. We had a good team approach with the Ragan Team planning and preparing for the sale of our prior home. Ragan gave us excellent guidance and ideas on how to best present and sell our prior home. We took careful notes and implemented most of the suggestions and advisement. Ragan had a very well prepared assessment of how our home fit into the housing market when we put the house on the Omaha market in January 2021. We had very good success in the sale of our home because of the guidance we received. We are very appreciative of the Ragan touch. "We actually worked with Shelly's son, Nick. He was wonderful to work with and readily available for appointments, questions, and consultations. Our biggest compliment to Nick would be his patience. We met Nick almost two years before we "seriously" starting looking to move and buy a new house. At no time did we feel like he was moving at any pace other than ours...just the right amount of nudging when needed, but nothing more than that. Would recommend him anytime!!!"
